If you want change, just stop spending money

Levy will soon take notice

The fans, like any consumers, have a fuck-load of power. They just need to organise

Will the protests be as violent and passionate as last time?

What is the planned protest for?

The last one I read about was really incoherent and didn't make much sense.

I think the fans should protest ticket prices. We have the 2nd most expensive tickets in the league and fans aren't getting top quality football in return.

A simple coherent protest is fine but my guess it'll just be a lot of whingeing about a lot of different things and as a result there won't be anything to respond to.

This is the thing that gets my goat most. Our ticket prices are outrageous given what we've served up on the pitch since Harry left. But due to the unique nature of supporting a football team the market will [almost] always bear those prices, and ENIC get away with charging Champions League prices for Europa League football... and maybe not even EL football if this season continues as is.

Ok so heres my issue with this kind of thing.....................Everyone, be it from our club, another or even the England team say we should be looking to build a 'project' which can provide sustained high level performance and have us towards the top of the league (maybe even title challengers) in the future. However, we are all too short sighted to wait to see if the 'project' comes to fruition. When things don't immediately click and we arent automatically challenging for CL places the pitch forks come out and lead to another innevitable sacking.
Then the 'project' begins again.................
and repeat.........

When Poch took over i'm pretty sure he said he was told by Levy there was no pressure for immediate success as long as he showed progression. We are still really early in the season and already fans are writing Poch off, we should have got FDB etc etc.
I think today was a bad day, and there have been similar days so far, however, there have also been some good signs too which we forget all too quickly. Give Poch time and also another transfer window or two to mould his team and then see where we are. I personally believe we will be alright.

what will protesting accomplish other than a, the media and rival fans get a kick out of it and b, our players have this in their mind (no matter how simplistic we think it is to concentrate on the game and not outside issues)

Peaceful protests are a good thing. Riots have started over people's rights to protest. Good luck to them.
Whilst it may not bother ENIC, it will make sponsors/future sponsors concerned. After all, WE are the reason why sponsors get involved.

The NEXT STEP should be SACK BALDINI!
We sold players who had characters and loved our club and have bought some clowns!
Protest won't change anything IMO!

In all honesty, the sooner we are are out of Europa, the better IMO. I'm hoping next year if we are not in the Champions League, that we are well away from Europe.

I hope We are not in the champions League seriously with this team We would be an embarassment to the competion right now We are shit.

Levy is a parasite but all protests would do is result in Poch getting sacked, Levy would throw Poch under a bus long before he looked in the mirror and blamed himself

Poch needs to be told by Levy in no uncertain terms

No more Kaboul
No more Adebayor
Kane has to be automatic first choice starter
Mason has to be captain
Play with proper width

Some people need to get a grip. Protesting because "we're not as good as we were 3 years ago" when other clubs are going into administration... its all a bit "first world problems."

Whilst I feel fans have a right to protest, I can't see it doing much. If WHL starts having 25,000 people or less for Premier League games, then Levy will take notice. It won't happen though.

Pointless protesting, as Levy and Lewis are desperate to sell and do a bolt.. The only thing probably stopping them is a ridiculous price tag that no one is prepared to pay.. They don't give a flying shite about us the fans. Their only interest is the size of the return on their investment..

That is business isn't it ?
