Just to clearify. I'm from Sweden but honestly..I have NO clue what the Arne Hegerfors reference means.
The song above is not written by Arne Hegerfors. It's written, or at least performed by a rapper, popular by the kids in Sweden, named Markoolio. But Arne Hegerfors is participating in the song by doing some commentary lines.

Anyhow..Arne Hegerfors is like you said before a legendary swedish commentary and I'm sure he's been commentating Sweden-Brazil in the past. Maybe it has something do with that?
