Top 6 would be a genuine achievement, and I'll be flabbergasted if we manage to finish top 4.

Such a shame because I'd probably make us at least joint favourites for the title next season if we were playing at WHL.

I think the plan all along has been for the team to hit its peak in the 18/19 season when we move into the new stadium - that's the season we really have to go for the league from the off.

There is a chance that other teams get overawed by the occasion, rather than us. Teams that usually come to sit in and try to frustrate, may try to play more in order to get a famous win. That could work massively in our favour.

Either way, I don't think it's going to be a problem.

Poch wants the title next season, the players want the title next season, we need to be a bit more confident and bullish as fans.

Wet Spam 9 points less at home this season compared to their last season at Upton Park.

It's quite likely that next season and the season after in new WHL that we'll have 9 home points less than this season. That would currently put us in 4th position.

Are we allowed to train at Wembley, if so we should be spending the majority of pre season there to get used to the pitch surface , pitch dimensions and surroundings, or are we only allowed access on match days.

There's every chance teams will tip up at Wembley and think they can have a go. Poch and players will be desperate for the league after the last 2 seasons. We'll be up there.

I was wondering whether we can request a couple of friendlies there at low capacity. If not we better fucking hope we get to the Community Shield match to give our players a chance to make one last go at adapting to the pitch/atmosphere.

Thought we played really well against Chelsea. If we play like that we'll comfortably beat the teams below 6th.
Against the top teams we'll need to tighten up.
We're obviously not going to have another unbeaten home record but this season our away form hasn't been great. We need to improve that no matter where we were playing.

Still, despite Wembley, i think we're one of the favourites. That being said I think 4th (top 4 all go into the CL group stage next season) will be a good season. Add a cup to that and it's been a great season.

People need to take in to consideration the opposition with these games.

Lost against Bayer, Monaco and Chelsea. We won't be playing teams of that quality every week in the premier league.

Bayer have been rubbish this season in fairness, they've only just confirmed their safety from relegation with a game to go. Should really be beating them on paper.

I think we'll be fine, eventually. This team has overcome many hurdles before.

In the long run it will really work to our advantage in cup finals knowing that we've played there so often.

The big concern for me is the hybrid playing surface that's present at Wembley and how it'll affect our game. Obviously we're a little familiar with it already and I'd hope we have a replica of the surface at the training ground, but how much control past that do we get on it for the season? Do our ground staff get a say in it, or will it exclusively be looked after by the Wembley staff?
