In Guardiola's defence he said what he did about Kane 3 years ago and hasn't repeated it to my knowledge. I believe that counts as keeping his mouth shut.I think people are missing the point of my view about the Guardiola view on Kane . That is that the managers of the clubs financially doped are in a unique position of being able to spend £150 to £ 250 mill every season and the reality this cartel have the ability to buy the best in quality and quantity season after season . While the rest of us have to balance books with no sugar daddy there to fund endlessly on the very top players . So a club like Tottenham is and has done in the recent past over relied on Kane has done so because they cannot compete with these uber rich clubs in the transfer market . So unless we can get lucky in the transfer market or Scarlett turns out to be a diamond we will have to carry on being the Kane Team . Thus you have Villa the Grealish team and I am sure their are many clubs that over rely on one player out of necessity rather than choice . Like I say the Guardiola's of this world really think its a level playing fields the delusion is mind is that they are doing so well because of there talent . If you remember the team he took over at city in that first season were not too clever and then the series of £50 to £60 million pound players he started to buy each season then they looked fantastic .
There are more than a few premiership cubs who given £150 to £ 200 mill each year to spend as city have done season after season and they could challenge the city dominance and city would not look so far ahead of other clubs as they look now .
I think Guardiola should keep his mouth shut until there is some kind of level playing field .
