Every highlight was either Niko losing the ball leading to a Wolves chance or Niko starting a move leading to a Spurs goal.

To be fair from what I could see almost every Wolves chance came from us losing possession and them breaking, not always Niko's fault but they were closing him down immediately.

Looks like our new spine was the difference yesterday.

An experienced and fantastic centre back, a tenacious and talented midfielder and a forward who can score and hold on to the ball.

Those are three massive elements that we've been missing in recent weeks. Let's hope the spine can stay intact for the next few games.

Its called the spine for a reason!

When your spine is missing King, Gallas, Sandro, Parker, Modric, and a decent striker you are always going to struggle. I'm not saying we would have won either game, but if we played city and utd again but with those players availble we don't concede 8 goals and score only 1!
