Hmmm, really enjoyed it in here at the beginning of the week but the milk has turned a little sour and we all know what that means.
Shame, cos it should be all about itk and banter (not in a Sky way!) but too many have taken it too seriously.

Golden egg anyone?

That we're not the type of pussies to drink it??

I want a striker as much ad everyone else but were we not to get one this team we have now beat arsenal at the emirates, beat inter Milan, unbeaten against man city and Chelsea, should have beat man united. We are streets ahead of sundeland and Liverpool imo. Liverpool were lucky to beat fulham, their defence is shocking.

POTL is right at the top table possibly POTL is actually Levy as he called VDV 3 hrs before Sky did even though he didnt name VDV he said a big opportunity had fallen into our laps so whoever POTL is he is exceptionally high up, an admin guy or someone from the ticket office would not know of VDV 3 hrs before deadline, if POTL hints it has gone pear shaped then it has

What has this got to do with my response to your post? And yeah i'm sure Levy spends all his time in the transfer windows on COYS

What time you due back on the sunshine bus? :duh:

Just got back after a 2-hour break.

I used to think that the SC mods and rumour rangers were way too strict with the reactions to people giving itk...Draconian even.

I realise now that I was wrong. People are obviously going to have opinions about the info given...thinking some know nothing, and others are more reliable. Some will always get fed up with cryptic info...and some will simply be reacting to negative news by (*cough cough) shooting the messenger.

But WHY do these people feel the need to wreck the entertainment for the rest of us by attacking fellow Spurs fans that are simply trying to give us a tiny insight into what might be happening, for no direct benefit to themselves. I know the POTL abuse was on COYS, but his reputation is being ripped up on here as well I see.

Please keep your opinions on the itk to yourselves, or kindly fuck off and let the rest of us enjoy the ride.

Rant over.

i do love it but it's frustrating that's all

I understand that but surely it's his prerogative to do it how he wants. If people don't like his style and see a post from him they could always opt to avoid it.

It's not a subscription service, and at the end of the day getting info makes no difference whatsoever to anything, it just means you find out a day or two early that we've failed to buy a striker.

Next time you are on COYS if you haven't been banned which given your keyboard warrior posting just now you probably have been you should read the final thread of the last transfer window and you will see I am 100% right that POTL called VDV without actually naming him !

Eurosport:
An interesting theory from Talksport - Liverpool's move for Luis Suarez will collapse if Fernando Torres is sold to Chelsea, citing a source who indicates the Ajax attacker won't want to head for Anfield if the Spaniard is not there.

My point last night SK, with my public backing of Adie.

Wasn't Adie so convinced that Suarez would come that he proclaimed he would eat his own balls or something if he didn't sign? what has happened since then? or could his mate have been fed misinformation?

Not sure if this has already been posted :

Eurosport:

More from Mark Hughes. "There was interest [in Paul Konchesky]. It's something we may re-visit but it's unlikely to be concluded during this transfer window. We're not interested in Niko Kranjcar."

We finished 4th last season without VDV, Gallas, Sandro and Pienaar (not to mention Bale and Kaboul for the first half of that season and Jenas pretty much all season). It wasn't long ago we went what 12 games unbeaten?

It really isn't as bad as it seems. If we get a striker then great but lets not give up hope of top 4 if nobody else comes in. We're still in the race.

Agreed if it was not for City's millions we would not be having the same conversation.

we are still in touching distance of 4th and anything can happen it is not possible to compete with Cities buying power, they have also so far gone through season without much of blip and with all the ongoings internally up there this could happen at anytime.

I do agree we need someone up front but we can't say if we had of got someone we would have won game a, game b blah blah.

City are there and is something we did not really have to deal with much last year, we not doing anyworse than last season (also had no european tourno) and there is always a chance.

to much negativity its Friday FFS
