As anyone that knows my reputation will know, I'm not one for big statements! As I believe in even the best informed situations things can go wrong (ala POTL and various others: Diarra DONE). However, after a lengthy discussion with certain people, it does seem to be the case that we could WELL sign a striker tomorrow. One that we'd all want as well.
All will be clear by this time tomorrow... I hate to be this vague but its really not worth the risk of divulging names or situations, but I think we could be in a good mood tomorrow night. We shall see. At the very least, nobody that we don't want to leave will leave (LM this means you :wink: ) so we can't have too many complaints!

To be honest if someone had told me before the transfer window opened that we would be strengthening the spine of our team with Cahill,Parker and Adebayor and selling OHara,Keane,Palacious,Hutton,Gio,Bassong and Bently while keeping all our main players including Kranky I would have been delighted.
With one day to go it just needs Parker and Cahill fianlized and a coule of outgoings and this will be the case.
Its the rumours of Kaka,Rossi,Hulk etc that get people dissappointed but honestly we are so close to a great transfer window.
