it will be, this will be the first Transfer deadline day i will miss as Im going to Dublin for a few days and i cant say im dissapointed that the other half has banned football whilst were away. Never thought id let a woman take football way from me but THFC let me down more than she does....and thats saying something!.......o to see we have signed Cahill,Diarra and Rossi!

Well I hope tomorrows a good day after the 2 weeks I have had with hospitals finding blod clots in me and me needing more operations spurs could do with cheering me up!

Bit of a stretch to call Crouch a striker. But I'm hoping JJ and rebrab are right about this big striker signing. Others have hinted at something big too... The end of this window can't come soon enough!

Its not done till they physically sign but normally at this late stage you agree a deal in principle that could mean done!
I dont blame any ITK for saying it as Ade was done 3 weeks before we announced it and Parker was done last Friday, you just get loads of hitches in football deals.

Looking at your avatar and the fact that I'm just over the downs from Brighton's new stadium, set me thinking...Do you think that there's a chance that Gus will one day end up back at Spurs?
I didn't want him to leave but understood his reasons and he seems to be getting experienced out in the rougher leagues etc.
Plus the fact I love him, maybe more than I loved Ginola and that says a lot, just ask my wife!!

I'd love it, in a Kevin K way, if he were to return to the (New) Lane.
He's just one of those players that seems to have a link to us - almost like he's destined to be our manager, one day.

Nice. I feel inclined to trust you because you seem well connected and you've not posted much this window so when you do I can feel it's genuine
