Saha is a better option than Pav. We have hopefully sold Pav for 11 mil and got Saha for pennies. That has got to be good business.

The thing is in the summer we will need to buy replacements for: Pav, Saha, Corluka, Bassong, Friedel, Cudicini, Gomes, Gallas, King and Ade. Will be a FUN summer!!!!:)

At least when Hudd returns it will be like a new signing. It would also allow us to press Modric forward to cover VDV if need be.

I think the prosecution need to check harry's other dogs names to see if HSBC Monaco have any other accounts based on today's activity

tbf Neilson is a solid CB, which can also cover RB. People must realize that Bassong, Charlie and Pav are/were desperate to leave, they have to be replaced as them staying would only cause problems for team spirit and whatnot.

I hope you lot don't all start to ass kiss JJ the way the Coys lot do to potl. I don't think he'd want that tbh, and you might scare him off Eek

harry has siad bassong head is down.. that says it all.. his confidence is shot and do we really need player like that now.. people need to calm down.. king is fit dawson is fit and kaboul is fit. next few matches are hard but our run in of games at home till end of season after united is not the most difficult- we can take gamble and more importantly sometimes give bassong a chance to get playing again. he prob deserved it

Defoe for VDV? No thanks.

Sandro for Parker? Yes, I would agree with that one, but Parker has been great and Sandro has been injured for much of this season.

Ade for Pav? Err, no.

Who else?

The only player who should have played far more is Niko, but he has also been injured and who do you drop to play him? Personally I think he could do the VDV role quite well, but Harry knows better than I.

We don't have the squad to rotate, so why rotate it?
