Apparenty the guy who bought Malaga also had plans to buy up land to develop and build properties around the ground. After purchasing the club the plans were drawn up and put through the relevant channels and subsequently rejected.

Since Modric we havent really bought any expensive prospects that could turn into superstars. We miss to many boats imo, Damiao, Oscar, Hazard, Isco etch.

Shame our board wont risk it early and on the semi cheap instead of always waiting until the whole world knows about them and by then its to late.

My point is I want us to take a risk earlier on these kind of players, like Modric and Berbatov!
