Despite me thinking it was over-hyped, this is an EXCELLENT game...

...although the football hipster in me is sad to be missing Shakhtar-Dortmund.

Looked sharp at the begining but struggling to get in the game. Number 10 can be a tough postion to play against a team like this. Wouldn't be suprised to see him smash one in if he got the chance.

Rooney's lack of guile is evident in games like this, he's doing a job for the team though so can't be too hard on him.

great game so far. interesting how commentators are not mentioning the holding during Real corners. must only be a penalty if it's against a British side?
