A lot of people on twitter are saying that last week it was reported that Milan would go for Eriksen if they got into the group stage of the CL, and they did.
However, someone else from the same newspaper said that it would be a miracle if Eriksen did not go to England.

Would he choose Milan or us- EPL is a much better league but Milan are in CL

This looks like a goer, and IMO would be a brilliant signing. He along with Holtby has the creativity to pick out Soldados runs. A lot of people on here seem to have written off Holtby already.

Assuming we sign Eriksen and Lamela, The amount of options we will have is ubelievable. In tough away games we can play 3 of Paulinho, Capoue, Sandro, or Dembele in CM. We could use Eriksen or Holtby in the Three against bus parkers, or even both in a 4-2-3-1 if more creativity is required. Erikson can play on the leftt of a three if we want creativity, or we can play Lamela, Townsend, or Chadi if pace is the best option.

We would have top options for every scenario. My only concern is the amount of time it could take for our players to gel, following such a turnover of players. Having said that, it puts AVB's performance into perspective when you consider how many players our squad was away from his liking.

No I don't think so, not all. Attacking midfield role, and from the left.

Should of qualified that by saying IMO he could play the aforementioned roles.

Not sure about the Danish national side though.

I think he played the false 9 role in the CL against Man City at home. Not sure if it was a regular role for him though.

I presume the club is holding back for the home game tomorrow, its funny seeing them tweet as if nothing is going on.

I don't think he's really good for the left forward role. He's to be in the hole in 4231

I wonder if Dembele could play on the left. He played there a couple of times last season due to injury, but it could be a possibility.

However I can't see us playing just two central midfielders when we have Sandro, Capoue, Dembele, and Paulinho.

Not really that keen on the guy (I'd rather we play Holtby, and use the money elsewhere), but at the quoted price it's a risk worth taking. Sooner or later I'm afraid we'll se some sulking, though, especially if we don't manage to shift Sigurdsson.
