Oh yes he is! He is top notch in my opinion of course!I'm not saying Eriksen isn't decent. But I just don't think he's what we need. He's nowhere near as good quality as Lamela or Willian

One thing,
didn't he say he didn't want to leave Ajax for a club not in the UCL?? Ajax have accepted our offer but will he? suppose it depends how convincing Baldini/AVB are and if he feels he isn't going to get a better offer anytime soon
He has said a lot of positive things about us. The CL thing came from his agent iirc
i think he could be awesome on the wings. that little shift he does to create space could be used to get a cross in instead of playing a square 5 yrder to the LB as he does to almost every time.I wonder if Dembele could play on the left. He played there a couple of times last season due to injury, but it could be a possibility.
I'm kinda hoping, perhaps naively, that they'll both be in the team - Holtby, Eriksen and Lamela behind Soldado. Then some combination of the beasts behind them
The season that promised so much but finished with so littleLet's hope we don't get to the cup final then

He'd be given the freedom to cause havoc without the defensive responsibilities of CM and without the creative responsibilities of CAM. He was great on the wing at annfield last season
Teams have shown that playing multiple "natural #10s" in a 3 behind the striker can work. I'd argue Holtby even did it with Draxler at Schalke.
SCOUTNATION!
