You certainly gave off that implication.
She also would have won more slams had it not been for the life threatening injury she had a couple of years ago.
As for clay, Rafa Nadal is an absolute beast of a man and physically stronger than all of his rivals yet has dominated the French for the best part of ten years. Serena isn't the only strong, powerful player in the women's game. When Azarenka powers a smaller opponent off the court no one bats an eyelid.
I'd say her success is as much down to consistency. Whereas in the men's game there have been three or four players at a significant level above everyone else for the last four or five years they have all been consistently challenging each other and getting better (as exemplified by the fact that since 2005 only one slam has been won by anyone other than Federer, Nadal, Djokovic or Murray.) In that same period there have been thirteen slam winners besides Serena in the women's game. Plenty of players have come and challenged, but none of them have stuck around at the same level and with the same consistency that Serena has.
I disagree completely, her success is mainly down to her huge and I do mean huge physical advantage, as I say this is basically a man and a big big man at that playing in a female sport.
It's certainly not due to consistency as she can not do very much then roll up at a major and win by overpowering everybody, there's nothing consistent about that.
Regarding Nadal I disagree, he's not a beast of a man compared to his opponents at all, he's simply a brilliant tennis player, like Federer, Djokovic and to a lesser extent Murray are.
