A teaspoon of honey is actually the lifework of 12 bees.
I have to admit that's the first thing I wanted to know when considering the game on Thursday.

You'll be pleased to know that I wasted at least 30 seconds of my life actually trying to work out if there was any existential meaning to that in regards to our rotation policy.
Any information on their style of play?
I agree with others that our fringe players are good enough to beat them.
If they aren't very physical then I'm happy for some 1st team players to play to build an understanding and give players like Holtby and Kaboul to get a run out to get some match fitness.
If they're very physical then maybe not.
We have to field a "second string" team for this.
Friedel
Naughton - Vrsaljko - Chiriches - Fryers
Sandro - Holtby
Lamela - Kane - Chadli
Defoe
- Dawkins, Gylfi and Bentaleb/Townsend to come of the bench.
- We improved our squad for this kind of games, so we could rotate without dropping way to low on quality. And its important to keep everyone in our squad match fit and involved and to give them a chance to show what they are about.
- Reason i dont have Kaboul in there is because if its true he can only play 90 min once a week, id rather we save him for Cardiff away (but this wont happen so im pretty sure he will start on Thursday)
Don't quite understand where people are coming from when they say 'our B team is strong enough to win this one'.
We don't have a B team, we have a squad!! And it is to be hoped that whoever is chosen on Thursday night will beat Tromso.
The team that plays a PL match on a Saturday is not our A team, it is merely the side that AVB has sent out that week which he believes is best suited to picking up 3 points against the opposition. On the bench will be players who may be needed if injuries occur or changes in tactics are required.
I believe that a case can be made for most players to be included in a Saturday starting line-up, as said it's the nature of the opposition and how AVB wants us to play that will dictate who is in that side. Keeping players fit and rested will be important through this season - rotation is key.
That's what's so good about Spurs at the present - the spending in this last window appears to generally allow us to change a team without it affecting strength.
All the time AVB will be looking a couple of games ahead in his planning.
That said, I do not think Lloris and Soldado will be playing Thursday, and possibly Paulinho - but there are arguments as to why all the others from last Saturday should be up for selection, even Eriksen.

hoping it will be something close, would like to see a few new players start as i'll be there for the game
Did you mean Veljkovic? I'd like to see him at some point too but I think Kaboul needs games to get back up to speed so it's a bit of a catch 22. I think we will therefore see him in the Europa League until he's fully 100% and then he'll start in the PL. Otherwise I'd agree with that line-up.
Townsend interviewed about the game on official site,
most often that's a sign he'll start the game.
Or Townsend on the left?So Lamela starts v Cardiff
