Don't go around telling people to support other clubs and make assumptions about them being unable to live with Redknapp gone when you have no idea what you're talking about if you don't like it.

What comparison did I draw? You stated we only got 4th because of other teams faultering and not our points total, I asked you if that was both times, which you still haven't answered

The word is faltering... and to answer your question not both times. Happy?

Jol managed 5th with a much worse team so don't get carried away with 'Arry's 'all conquering' exploits. AVB got the highest points tally which was more than the 3rd team got last time out hence my comment about other teams' faltering.

Don't be acting all fixated on 'Arry and try to justify hounding AVB out this early in the season. Give him time and take a chill pill.

Time to get real - City have walloped quite a few good and bad teams and will again. Soon as they sort out their away form sorted they should win the league 'again'.

AVB is going to have sort quite a few things 'quickly' or sadly he will get the sack. But I would give him time - I'm just not sure Daniel will, which really matters.

On to the next game.

If you wanna be getting real you need to realise that avb is taking us nowhere.
Either he changes or we change him. Soon.

Were
Last week all the sheep on here said "we're only 5 points off the top"

Well, sheep, now we're 8 points off top. 10 off relegation.

RELEGATION.

And if it wasn't for lucky penalties we'd be in it with hardly a goal scored all season.

Is not going to click.

AVB will be gone soon.
United and Liverpool coming soon. Two more drubbings, probably to nil[/quo
Were you oinking when we had relegation form in the second half of Redknapp's last season?

It was an excellent report, even if he is a Gooner. He also states that although we were abject City will do this to a number of teams. What I worry about is that AVB is starting to worry about what the media thinks or what the fans think. The team was built around Bale last season and that's why he was moved centrally: the team gave him space like you do for a quarterback. Now, the aim is to get goals from different quarters, not just the forward. That will happen in time.
If avb hasn't worked out that Soldado Is lame by now they're no hope

Adebeyor did more in his first 5 minutes than Soldado has done in 12 league games.
With him up front on his own we will hardly ever score.

AVB has been worked out.
This was a classic case of Tactics and Management winning the day.
The high line and pressing style hasn't been properly exploited prior to today because the teams who had worked out how to counter it lacked the players. City had the players and exploited AVB's deficiencies ruthlessly.
Peligrini is an excellent tactician and manager, AVB is one dimensional, devoid of ideas and has lost the plot.
Peligrini and his team worked out Spurs and made the most of it from the off - and it all shows with the score line.

AVB is clueless, and he needs to go, as I cannot see us doing well this season. Things had to change after losing 3 nil to West Ham, but they didn't -and we have an excellent squad of players who can't hit a barn door at 5 paces - this is down to the Manager - it is ALL down to the manager.

Individual performances today cannot be blamed, people are quick to blame Soldado - Soldado is a PROVEN goal scorer, all our other players are proven and have talent and experience - it was and is all down to tactics and the Manager and AVB fucked up big time. He has been worked out, and God help us from now on as I seriously doubt he has the ability or nous to change things effectively.

I swear to God, any average EPL Manager would be at least scoring goals and able to at least change things wit this squad of superb players. Get rid of AVB now, before we languish mid table in January, bring in any half decent manager, even Ian Holloway would do better than AVB, fuck even Harry Redknapp would! I have eaten my words as i never thought I'd ever say this.

Exactly what I've been thinking all season
His poxy bloody minded insistence on playing the same tactic week in week out is killing us.

Your analysis beggars belief. Many of you suffer from Post Match Tension and it screws up your thinking.

Why people blame individuals is beyond me.
Southampton are doing brilliantly with a team of unknowns and a team of players inferior to ours.
Soldado is a proven world class player, but he is reliant upon Tactics just like the rest of the team.
And AVB cannot work anything out - he's pathetic. Week in week out - game after game the same old predictable tactics which even West Ham with their 4-6-0 worked out and scored 3 goals with.
AVB's tactics make teams like Sheriff and Hull look very strong defensively.

I remember when we used to watch AVB's high line at Chelsea and rub our hands with delight at the thought of playing them with our counter-attacking wingers. How times have changed...

Do you remember when Arsenal beat AVB's Chelsea?
It was a case of Counter - Hoof - Van Persie - Goal.

All worked out... and we thought it was Lampard and co, it was no such thing, it was a case of Emperor's new clothes, sure AVB did well at Porto, but that was it, since then he has been saved by Bale last season, and this season worked out completely.

Many of you suffer irrational selective blindness. We've been awful all season.
Save for Norwich and Villa all the other points have been lucky as fuck.

Today's stuffing was as predictable to us who KNOW as the sun coming up in the morning and going down in the evening.

God help us when the shit teams stop fearing us. Cause when they do we'll be fucked.

Agreed 100%.

Yep I remember. Whatever their misgivings in terms of personality, AVB had very very good players at Chelsea. His system didn't work there for a reason (and it wasn't the players' personality).

Bale's goals papered over the cracks last season and the penalties did the same job at the start of this.

They fear us enough to park the bus which had ffooled a lot of fans and the public in to thinking we're good.
The truth is, if those teams went for it they'd beat us.

Not sure why AVB gets it all, some of the performances were shocking. If we had beaten Newcastle this wouldnt have been so bad. We dont need to panic into any rash decisions, but AVB needs a long hard look at his team and get a settled side. Lemela worries te hell out of me, but id play him in the hole, with lennon and townsend either side
