I would not shed a tear if he were to depart in summer, so that probably sums up my honest opinion of him.

Could have been a great, but never quite got there, albeit the odd flashes of brilliance over the years.

they show some promise we buy them and they never develop the way everything thought/hoped.

I can forgive someone for being shit(its not their fault and we should sell them)

But I cant forgive a player who seems to go through matches hiding and justifying their inclusion because the team won

Had another hopeless afternoon. Surely he can't be starting next game? But Dim Deadwood knows him.

He's lost his appetite... He'll do well for a bit under a new manager, and then return to his old ways... When he's good he's really good, when he's bad I can't stand him.. Think he needs a new challenge.

Sell him to Hull whilst we can still fetch a decent fee. We cannot afford to have one of our four attacking players be someone that can't contribute goals or assists. No other team near the top would stick with that.

Showed such promise as youngster, was one of my favourite players for a while. Unfortunately, his game just hasn't improved enough over the years. He works hard defensively, and there was a time when it appeared his final ball had improved but he's not as explosive or as confident on the ball as he was a teenager.

I dont actually blame Lennon in a sense.
Its actually the manager who picks him week in week out.
Why? i just cant seem to fathom that bit out.

He's one of those players that perpetually seems to filed under "young with massive upside, give him another season to progress and push on".

We've been saying that for 9 seasons now FFS. At what point can we declare him an Aaron Lemon?

Today was probably the worst I've ever seen him. Didn't feel like he even wanted to do anything. If he doesn't turn it around before the end of the season he has to go. Even greedy, perpetually wrong decision-making Townsend is better than this.
