What has happened to this lad, he doesn't take anyone on, doesn't do anything creative and never shoots. Very very poor.

He's just a typical winger. He attacks at pace, tracks back well. Limited footballer and being played out of position ever since we changed from 442.

One thing which a lot of people seem to miss about lennon is his movement.
he is probably our only player who looks to run beyond the striker and in behind the opposition defense - unfortunately we don't seem to have midfielders who can pick, or even see, the run until its too late.

We need more midfielders running in behind the strikers, esp when the strikers drop deep and pull the opposition centre backs out of position. We also need to see more of our midfield in the opposition area when we attack with the wingers attacking the far post when the ball is on the opposite side of the pitch.

I agree with some of the other posters that lennon has suffered due to the change in system, and also teh change in style where we have moved from a fast counter-attacking team, to a team that holds possession and builds up play slowly.
