The NFL took Wembley as is, I think they are getting in now to influence the stadium design to better meet their requirements. If its only the retractable field, then it might not be terrible, but facilitating teams, and sidelines, and luxury boxes, etc. I don't know.
Anytime you go from 36k to 60k in seating its going to feel less intimate, but the NFL wanted in now for a reason - and its not to benefit Spurs supporters.
Like Stephen Hawking thenHe can dribble, that's it. Passing, shooting, heading, tackling skills are non existent. If he's our most naturally skilled player god help us.
Any bid over £10m i'd accept.
Why cabbages ? What type of cabbage do you get; savoy, red, green ?
We've had ITK that Alderwerield shares an agent with other players we've been linked with, (same greengrocer?)
Two cabbages, one big one small: Savoy and Brussel Sprout.
Turin, home of Juve is the capital of Savoy so big cabbage = Llorentes,
Brussel Sprout is Belgian, so little cabbage is Toby Alderweireld.
Same grocer equals same agency. Both FL and TA are signed to Mondial.
Simple!!!
What do I win?
We're like Hart to Hart. Moida.
$$$When initially talking about the stadium, wasn't a big thing made of the fact that Levy/the club wanted an intimate, intimidating atmosphere, with the fans close to the pitch?
Something else to add ...
..... netto. Aka Netto is a grocer.
Hth. Just trying to help, sorry.
Happy Mondays did a song about Netto. Funtime Fridays........?
Fuck! I'm getting dragged into this madness too. The beer must be working.
yup, i realised that, which is why i deleted my post in the hopes that no one quotes me. A futile attempt it seems.
I'm guessing you see yourself as the hot chick!
So am I but only a Lidl
We're a football club first and foremost, so our stadium should be a football stadium first and foremost.
I don't mind letting them give the club money by letting hand-egg be played there but not at the expense of our bread and butter. We've got arguably the best training facilities in Europe, it stands to reason that Levy would want a stadium to match. NFL must be made to fit around Spurs' needs.
