I'm really concerned all ITKs are pointing towards young exciting players. Berahino, Werner etc etc. That's great but where's the experience????
We lacked leaders last season and I don't see any improvements this season. I'll be very disappointed (but not surprised) if we go into our first match at old Trafford playing Dier in midfield.

You've talked about young exciting players, but then mention Dier in midfield. We've almost been linked exclusively with experienced players for DM, which is where it is most needed IMO.

Just heard Steven Fletcher on a certain radio station who if you don't know is the WBA captain, he said he is confident Berahino will stay. £15m basically wouldn't buy his right peg.

Amazing, I never knew he was captain of West Brom... Thought he was a striker for Sunderland.

Silly me.

They'll all say that. What else he's going to say...yeah I can see that happening lol.

Why do people continue to fall for the same shit every time.

Now he might well end up staying but in the middle of a negotiation anyone associated to the Club is going to protect the interests of the Club - if asked, like I'm sure he was.

Reports suggest that Kishna went to Lazio for only 4m Euros!!........HOW!!!???
He's an exceptional talent. I honestly believe I would've wet myself if we'd signed Kishna....................and god knows what would've happened if we'd signed Kishna AND El Ghazi!!!

Agree. Can't believe he only went for 4m euros.

We're also being linked with Kramer who is pretty experienced.

It is a good point. That said kane has an old head on his shoulders, as has Dier, Mason has a bit of fire about him, as does Nabil.

Toby seems to be a strong character too, and so is Fazio.

Some experience wouldn't go amiss but we seem to have a decent profile of player now. Only potentially area where we can truly be naive and mentally weak is the three behind the striker. Problem is its hard to get players of the requisite experience and ability in that position.

I'd have liked the Cambiasso pick up for the experience reason to be fair, but I'm also all in on Kramer.

Sorry, to clarify is the Berahino not first choice stuff in regard to him as a transfer target, or his position within the squad if signed?
