That's kind of like question time but i agree its a fine line....
Still up in the air is the right answer though if i was to answer..
It was a cheeky half question really, mate. Won't be jumping out of a window like some on here if we don't get one. Think our future is awesome and well up for the ride either way. Good times ahead.

I don't know if this counts as ITK (although with a fair slice of speculation on my behalf) but from the horse's mouth as it were? ;):)

After the game Tony Pulis was very clear in stating that starting with two up top was a mistake and he had learned his lesson this evening. I know, as I'm sure we imagine for us, Berahino could play as a wing forward and would still fit into that 4-5-1 but surely with a club record signing in the stands, it is likely that Rondon would be the one up front for West Brom. That might prompt Berahino's thinking regarding a transfer if he is moved out of a preferred position.

Insert optimistic rating here

Would be beautiful in the Berahino thread; given it has naff all to do with ITK. ;)

Hopefully one will come down from Birmingham this week

Thanks for sharing :D
I prefer to be bringing a striker down from Birmingham while sending a striker up that way at the same time, but thats just me:whistle:

I wouldn't jump out a window, but I am certainly of the impression without either a player of greater quality (esp defensively and passing/vision) in CM or a player with greater experience in there it could hold up that progress of what is an exciting set up in parts.

If Levy blows the cobwebs off the wallet and offers a price acceptable to WBA then Berahino will go no matter what Pulis or anyone says

its all about the £

So close!

Although Pulis actually lives six houses up the road from us here. I will kick a ball over the fence and see what I can pick up from him when I go round to get it.

I think Toby and Dier could see us through this season and it also could be a blessing in disguise and prompt poch to think again about Veljkovic as a possibility.

right lets talk about ITK whats happening boys (& girls)? :censored:

We're working on bringing in some players that would improve the team, but at this stage it's impossible to say with any certainty whether we'll finalise deals...even if we are quite hopeful. This isn't 'Football Manager', and it's not like buying a pint of milk.

I reckon I've got this ITK lark down to a cabbage-flavoured tee :smug:

In all seriousness I feel quite relaxed about this window. It feels like we've spread our net wide in order to get the pick of the fish. Two or three good signings and suddenly our squad looks pretty decent.

Surely every deal ever is about money!

I think Berahino if he comes will be a deadline day job

Levy will sit tight and see if any of the big 4 go for him and if they don't then really squeeze the WBA chairman's balls deadline day

If we don't sing a CM I think it's very likely to happen at some point.
If we don't sign one (which is beyond ridiculous and just frustrates me everytime i think of it sorry) then I'd play Toby there over Dier. Especially in the big games. My mate is a huge Utd fan and said there were some rumblings amoungst their lot and ITK that him and Bentaleb were being targeted in the game to capitalise on their inexperience and lack of concentration... It's fair to say it worked. That will keep happening IMO. Major weakness. At least Toby is a very calming presence on the ball and reads the game well.
