Poor Lloris - why string him along and let him waste his career. Levy is such a selfish ****.

Agree. Now that De Gea is going on a free to Madrid this window has pretty much Guaranteed that Lloris will go to utd in the summer. Can't blame him either.

Also funny how ITK were probably bang on the money about how likely it must have looked, because from our side baldy thought he could tap up Berahino, agree terms, and get his head wrong to try and force a move for peanuts. So from Berahino's side it clearly seemed on the cards, but the tactic failed miserably because you still have to pony up decent cash..

I wish you could "favourite" quotes and show them to people at the end of the season.

Levy's role in the season has finished until January. Slaughter him as much as you need to (rightly or wrongly, with the limited amount of information you ACTUALLY have).

But don't let it leak on to the pitch. That's all I ever desire from my positivity is to make sure that even if one person decides not to boo then that's my job done. Support the team. Take it all with a pinch of salt. Yes it's a fucking intense hobby, Spurs, but it's supposed to be a bit of fun as well.

Looking forward to seeing our new forwards play. Clinton and Heung-Min. They're my boys.

Agreed, but we all know it won't work like that.

I'm hardly Pochettino's biggest fan, but he's now in a position where he has to try and make the best of a bad situation. Unfortunately even a decent job isn't going to save him from bearing the brunt of the frustration in the stands. We've already had a poor start, and thanks to our inept transfer business Kane (and Pochettino) will soon be under a lot of pressure. It's not Pochettino's fault, and it's not the team's fault, but they're the ones that will be targeted.

Having said that, I'm also looking forward to Son and Clinton playing.

I'm neither pro or anti-Levy. I just really like what we have done this window. I was afraid we were going to ruin it by signing Berahino but luckily we didn't.

I have no real feelings one way or the other on Berahino but if Kane gets injured or exhausted all we have to replace him is a winger playing in a new league and adapting to a new country, to say that is playing with fire is an understatement

This is Spurs, we always get crap luck, matter of time before Harry gets an injury

Mate they didn't string us a long. We didn't meet their asking price, simple as that. We employed the usual tactics of trying to bully them into selling for less but it just served to harden their stance.
Wow you should be a spin doctor......All along you emphasised the point that Peace was fooling WBA fans and that he has to sell Berahino and that he would be ours. Nontheless you in good company in your incorrect views on this saga.

Unless there was a mass boycott of games on a consistent basis, nothing will happen... Fans have no real influence on the outcome of their club despite being the heartbeat of it.

It's a pretty shit scenario to be in .

I just would love to be a fly on the wall today and to try and ascertain Levy's logic in not signing ANY striker...

Other seasons, I get it... Moutinho etc, they were almost a luxury.

But this one, boy this is a fuck up of epic proportions.

How any apologist can try defend his decision is baffling.

I don't know what constitutes an apologist but I have too much going on in my life to really get that worked up by it. Even if I did I wouldn't sit in a chair on a forum and mouth off about it. But hey ho, I actually find it most amusing watching lots of people do that. I just wish the suggestion of a webcam was a possibility so I could maximise my enjoyment of the meltdown.

I'm so glad it's Levy forking out our direction and not the averige SC user. If it was we would have washed up Leandro Damaio's and overprized Berahino's in our squad, and none of em would have taken us the next step. Because none of em are that good.

Im not saying that we are better off without a shiny new striker or midfielder, I'm just saying we are not in a position to just splash out on players, especially silly numbers. Honestly Im releaved we didnt end up with Berahino this year, because in my eyes he is not close to defend the price tag he has.

new striker for X-mas then? Anyone

We won't buy in January unless we are going to get relegated. Prices are even more inflated. Don't let a BSoDL convince you otherwise please..

People will though.

Chadli can play upfront.

There's no pulling the wool over my eyes. This window we have failed and we haven't learned from our lessons.

I appreciate all the info from the ITK's and I take it for what it is. But now the evidence is there - we haven't brought in what we HAD to - It's a poor window, plain and simple.

I keep hearing this, but what is his experience as a striker?

Anyone else hate West Brom now? Sound so small time with their constant statements.

Would be elated to see them go down and us take Berahino off them for peanuts.

Fucking pissed and I don't think anyone is calming me down. How can you leave a 21 year old striker in his second season, who for all we know could've already had his best season alone to bear the goalscoring duty alone. Harry is not fucking Messi. Dier is not CDM. He's fucking trying and I applaud him for that and he's doing a decent/good job. But today Levy shat on the fans, Poch and the players themselves. How that man can have the balls to stroll into the Lane and sit with the other wankers in the West Upper amazes me.
The whole high and mighty shit we pulled with the transfer targets has pissed me right off as well. Turning down players who will actually help and improve the team like Cabaye and Austin for fucking pie in the sky Witsel and Berahino. Pick up Cabaye for £10 mil, Austin for £15mil and there two vital places in the team worked out. But no, not for Levy. This idiot thinks that offering rude amounts and wearing other people down will get you a player. It's a well known fact that we've lost out on players that would've been great signings over a couple of quid. What sort of bullshit is that? Other teams are seeing Levy and Spurs are interested and thinking 'I'm not putting up with this shit' and are just straight up ignoring him when he bids. What a shithouse. ENIC get the fuck out of my beloved club, you took us so far, only for us to fall back to being this shit club. Fucking abysmal.
Alright main rant over, but I will chip in with a few more here and there

I'm upset as the next guy, but literally just realized that soldado was basically useless anyway, n'jie, son, or chadli would not have to do much to improve on soldados return
