Softest penalty of the season in my opinion - but I also believe over the course of a season these things balance themselves out.
As I also hope tenacity, desire, talent and glory will too....COYS!!!!! Brilliant stuff!

The sheer passion. Even Vorm, who has reason to be upset, being number 2, dropped for the cup final last year despite playing the previous games is full of passion for the club and poch.

The penalty is a red herring, it didn't decide the game. If anything it made things harder for us as it made City come out pressing and playing. We really lost control after the pen and eventually conceded to overwhelming pressure.

2 good subs by Poch, Carroll to try and retain the ball and Lamela who played a £30million pound pass that was the decisive moment of the game and Pellegrini knows it.

It was 50 50, but you can't jump with your arms out in the box and just use the excuse that your back was to the ball.

Also, watch the replay carefully and you'll notice that he reigns his arm in as soon as the ball hits his arm. To me it looked a conscious decision and the penalty was just punishment.

So while it was soft, it wasn't a crazy decision.

What really impressed me when Eric nutmegged Kompany for that pass through to Christian was how knackered the citeh defense all looked and Kompany simply could not keep up with him.
