Official AZ News‏ @OfficialAZNews
Dat is ongeveer 19.6 miljoen euro

Translated means "That is about 19.6 million euro".

It follows from an earlier tweet of

Official AZ News‏ @OfficialAZNews
In 48-hours spurs wants to make the deal done €19.500.000 #vincent#janssen#az#spurs

and was followed by

i-spye‏ @i_spye_0
@OfficialAZNews Is this information coming from the footballinsider247 article? Because they are not reliable in England at all.

Official AZ News‏ @OfficialAZNews
@i_spye_0 no it is not from them
So they tweeted "Spurs wants to make the deal done €19.500.000" and then added "that is about €19.600.000" just in case we didn't know that €19.5M and €19.6M are about the same? :ROFLMAO:

Well t their maths is good so they must be reliable :cautious:

Stobart and Darren Lewis claiming we should have this finalised by end of week as well. Think Lewis broke the original story.

Seems to be gathering pace

I think this is pretty good itk from these two. Will be good to get him in for a Poch pre season. Good window so far with VJ and VW.

Just read Palace paying 27m£ for Benteke and we still dicking around with Janssen...:banghead::banghead:

If we get Janssen for between 14-18m that will be miles better business than Palace's. I don't see what one club over paying for a recent flop is comparable to any other business. Palace also signed Townsend, are you head banging that?

I particularly like the very last bit, Edgar Davids as good as confirming it's done?

Vincent Janssen is set to complete his move to Spurs this week as Tottenham and have had a 4th offer for the striker accepted.

West Ham Utd made a bid at the last minute but a move to the Olympic stadium was rejected by the player citing he was only interested in the Spurs deal.

It's believed Janssen was very impressed upon visiting Hotspur Way and meeting Mauricio Pochettino and believes he can improve as a player under the Argentinian manager.

Many Dutch pundits have questioned the move as he will be playing 'second fiddle' to Harry Kane however former Spur and Dutch international Edgar Davids has responded to those claims; "In England you play as a squad many games and all of them are a high intensity. In England a squad player is not second choice, all players are valued and called upon. This is an excellent move for Vincent."

Suspected it was AZ who raised the fee. Didn't make any sense for us to get permission to speak with the player, agree terms and then refuse to meet the asking. They must have raised it.

TBF - 12m in today's market is peanuts. Dutch clubs now starting to stand their grounds perhaps.

Let them pay stupid prices for players, it just means there's more pressure on the players and higher expectations from the fans and we have just entered the first week of pre season training so we have time on our side, as long as the Jansen deal is concluded this week especially for the price mooted then there is nothing to be frustrated about.

I don't want Benteke, but if u look at the transfer being done, our options for strikers shrink everyday. I believe Janssen would be a direct fit to our formation. I just hope Levy realise we got to get this over since it's a seller market for this position.

Pretty tidy business for Janssen and Wanyama, leaves plenty in the kitty for our inevitable purchases of Toni Kroos and Leroy Sane

I'm not sure how it has any relavence to our business. I wish people would stop comparing other teams signings to us. Just because one team pays over the odds for a player doesn't mean we should too.
