I'm a new member. What is this "ITK" of which you speak?

Ok well some guy you've never met before will get some info from another guy you've never met, and will pass it on in good faith as a "rumour". Now the important bit to remember here is the following:-

Don't act like a fucking moron and start pouting, preening and Internet warrioring about this passed down 3rd hand rumour, don't start formulating your own formation incorporating this rumoured player, don't get embroiled in heated debates about the merits of rumoured player versus one you bought 4 seasons ago on football manager and who now regularly knocks 60 goals in a season for you from right back.

Follow the above and many more titbits you may pick up along the way and you may completely avoid being "a bit of a prick". Other than that mate, welcome come in and spread your wings hahahahaha

Christ - have you heard the legend of Funtime Friday? Unfortunately you've missed the halcyon days of Redknapp, POTL, guys in trees and Blue and Yellow.

Let me give you a bit of advice. Don't besmirch an ITK and don't look A&C directly in the eyes.

If this all sounds very cryptic to you - get used to it.

Can someone sticky this at the start of each thread?

This poor guy isnt even going to know that the "Big Signing" ITK is standard transfer window BS and he's going to sit up late on Deadline day thinking we're gonna sign a worldie!! still, at least we'll all be here doing the same thing to keep him company.

James Rodriguez - The most likely of the potential massive signing targets.
Marek Hamsik - Too old for Poch and Levy.
Arda Turan - Too old for Poch and Levy.
Lucas Moura - Can't see PSG selling him.
Arjen Robben - Way too old.
Franck Ribery - Way too old.
Lorenzo Insigne - Would worry me getting a player from Italy, takes a while for them to settle usually.
Javier Pastore - A bit old but a Poch style player, so definitely possible.
Nabil Fekir - No way we can close out a deal with Lyon with only a week left in the window.
Shinji Kagawa - Can't see Dortmund selling him, not sure he's exactly what we are after either.

Not convinced any of these are at the level Grey Fox is suggesting.
Iker Muniain
Bernardo Silva
Rodrigo
Balde Keita
Rafinha
Insigne is class, though. Worth it. But will cost waaaaay too much.

I remember the halcyon days of Windows 3.1 when Peanut and Chunky gave us the heads-up on Walter Tull signing from Clapton via an AOL newsgroup. Spend a shilling on ITK back in those days and you'd still have enough for bus fare home in time to hear King Edward's speech on the wireless.

One of the best things I've ever read on SC!

I've no idea what you're on about..........
Someone made a thread that went into detail on the history of itk and the stuff we all joke about with itk, the tree stuff, and all the one off itk from airports, cabbies, games, etc. Cant remember who made it though.
