People keep saying that Leicester are a two bob club yet they have a premier title and are in the knockout stages of the CL.Something we haven't done and it looks like many more years before we will unless the manager "whoever that may be" takes the buying and selling away from Levy.

In all fairness Lacazette would have cost 40+ and with Arsenal being interested he may have preferred that option, then we would have been outbid. I think he would have wanted a bigger club than us if I'm sincere. I agree with that mould of striker though

Why not? because it will affect our league form and ruin our chances of getting into the CL next season?
It is a good job we are out of the CL because it will increase our chances of getting CL next year.
No that is NOT my reasoning, my take is that we presently don't have enough squad depth to compete in two or more competitions, practically meaning having to play two games every week. In that scenario, the team will suffer and end up playing to a very low standard. that will only produce draws or losses and a laboured rare win (seldom ones, few and far between).
That is what's happening right now. MoPo has been dodging the busy schedule by chopping, changing and resting players whilst having to deal with a lot of injuries. We cannot afford to deal with this with what we have right now. We need to consolidate, shore up and rest our best players, only then we will stand a chance to string together more wins.
As it stands, performance and result wise, we are not enjoying what is on offer.

Hope we play the reserve team against CSKA. They didn't look too bad earlier and they should be able to beat our reserve team.
I hate Europa and don't want to be anywhere near it. Get the CSKA game out the way and then it's one game a week to hopefully regain the attacking form of last year. Half our team are unfit or injured, I don't think us clicking is that far off, the Europa will fuck us over if in it.
Get top 4 and then maybe Poch will learn his lesson and treat the CL correctly. It's where we apparently want to be, where our players want to be and we've rested players.
