I understand some fans say that we should not blame the stadium. But I think this quote from Dejaegere of Gent reflects some truth:
"Six years ago I came to Wembley on a guided tour," Dejaegere said.
"I was not allowed on the pitch, there was a sign, 'don't enter the grass on the pitch'.
"It's fantastic, like the Mecca of all stadiums, so it gives you something extra. And if you see how many people were here from Gent it gave us something extra.
"But also maybe they always lose their games here so it can get in the heads of the players. Maybe they just need one big victory here which could change everything."

I've been to Stadium MK for a number of different things including football.ffs
how many people wanting MK stadium have actually been to a football match there?
Us fans said we wanted to stay in London
Dog Brady said no way OS
Arsenal don't want to rebuild their toilets every week
Where else can we go?
Wembley is a great stadium where everyone who wants to see spurs actually will be able to
Wembley jinx? - bollocks we beat Moscow there
OK so where would we go?
cant we just stop being negative moaning old ****s and get on with it
When spurs aren't on top or winning the atmosphere isn't electric at the lane and ive been going there since 81. Its our home but look at what we are building. cant we please get some counselling and improve our outlook/mood and back the club in where its trying to go
At you're one of those anti-MK Dons people, who, like most, have absolutely no idea about why it happened, how it could have happened many years earlier, and that the reality now is that if there were no MK Dons, there would be no AFC Wimbledon.I'm glad we've chosen a stadium [any stadium] that isn't the Stadium MK, as it means I won't have to take a season off following Spurs and all other football in disgust until such time as we move into our new home.

That's quite a lot of presumptions you're making there, given that you don't know me from Adam.At you're one of those anti-MK Dons people, who, like most, have absolutely no idea about why it happened, how it could have happened many years earlier, and that the reality now is that if there were no MK Dons, there would be no AFC Wimbledon.

Wrong... Wimbledon FC were going out of business unless they moved. Merton council had no interest in keeping them there. Without the move the fans would have lost the club regardlessAt you're one of those anti-MK Dons people, who, like most, have absolutely no idea about why it happened, how it could have happened many years earlier, and that the reality now is that if there were no MK Dons, there would be no AFC Wimbledon.
There wouldn't have been the need for AFC Wimbledon if there had still been a Wimbledon FC, instead it was taken away from the fans and community to become a franchise FC.
This isn't the thread for it, but yes I fully understand the history of the situation.
why wont our fans love going?I go Mk a lot and the stadium is lovely and a full house ( which rarely happens ) the place rocks.
The problem with Wembley not the affect it really has on us but what effect it will have on away teams.
They will love going... there fans will love going
I'm actually torn between the two...why wont our fans love going?I go Mk a lot and the stadium is lovely and a full house ( which rarely happens ) the place rocks.

I know its huge and probably a bit bigger than we would prefer but beggars cant be choosers and I reckon it will be quite cheap to get in.
We got a jinx there? I don't believe it, other clubs will have the same issues, if we are outsung by away fans that's OUR FAULT as spurs fans.
how much does mk hold? 32k?
we will only moan as we cant get tickets, the ones that go would moan at the transport times and costs, when we keep loosing they will moan at the mk jinx.........
Wembley is a horrible season stadium with a terrible atmosphere.I'm actually torn between the two...
MK is 10 mins away for me, but cock all chance of getting tickets
Wembley is 40 mins for me on the train and much more chance of getting tickets, at least for midweek matches.
WHL takes me almost 2 hours to get to...
lol didn't the club consult us and the general consensus was we didn't want to leave north london
