Is John Terry really going to aid in Josh's development knowing he'd be helping a Spurs player?
Not really relevant as I suspect Terry won't have anything to do with Onomah's development.
He's the captain isn't he? He will have a big influence around the team.
We all hate JT and rightly so. But there is no doubting his footballing ability and his approach. It could be the best thing JT wqill ever do for Spurs.
There is, actually. He's always been made to look better by having more accomplished defenders around him like Carvalho at Chelsea, Rio Ferdinand for England. The media love him though, so will never have a bad word said about England's Brave John Terry.

Not sure why we have a good few midfielders which is why he got no game time last year. Better goes and gets some pitch time.Like it. This surely mean we're signing another midfielder ..
Did you see his World Cup highlightsOnomah isn't a small player. He seems quite athletic but when I seen him play be never uses his strength or bosses players off the ball. Playing in the championship could be the making of him to put himself about during games and learn how to play.
This isn't really true. In youth football Onomah uses his body to hold onto the ball all the time.Onomah isn't a small player. Bruce isn't a long ball merchant either. I've always liked his teams (except that sunderland squad) and has always allowed space for more flair players to shine in his teams like Huddlestone, Snodgrass, Sessegnon and Fugueroa amongst others, he even had a crack at getting Mido working. So you think he's going to give rousing team speeches but tell Onomah he's not allowed to listen?
I'm fairly certain it won't be an issue.
My bigger concern is that Bruce isn't exactly known for his flowing football sides. Hope Onomah doesn't end up spending most of his time watching the ball go over his head.

Ultimatly he likes balanced hard working teams, with controlled flair in sections. I don't think 'watching the ball go over his head' will be an issue, Aston villa will most likely be in the front foot most the time and Bruce is not a long ball merchent but likes to get attacking players on the ball, and build play from the fullbacks in a 3-4-3 formation ish.
