#10. he set up sterling's goal in the 1st leg and scored our goal in the away leg.
my take on Roles, is he's like a poor's man dele, which is meant to be a compliment. He's a CM/AM that makes excellent late runs into the box, scores a shit ton of goals, has an above average eye for a killer pass, is a bit naughty and loves spurs. His all round game needs to improve and he isn't as athletic as Dele but he has such a wonderful skill set and would really add serious goal threat to our depth. Which makes it all the odder that it seems the club doesnt neccasarily rate him.I have seen very little of Roles, what's your take on him BG?

Hopefully if he goes to Exeter which I think would be an excellent expierence for him as they play good football for league 2, love to bring through youth and chairmen Perryman would treat him well, it doesnt mean the end of the road for Jack at spurs, but it is a definate concern.
I'm pretty sure there has been ITK that he is highly rated. If memory serves, he got a pro contract when most thought would get another scholarship.Cheers, what makes you think that he's not highly rated? Because he's being considered for a loan?
So was Alli when he started saying for MK Dons, although he was a couple of years younger.he's 18. you might be thinking of skipp(though no one really played well in either game).
i don't think roles is ready for senior football yet though, still needs to develop physically as right now he's a bit "gangly". i doubt he'd play much if he went to exeter, he hasn't even played a great deal of u23 football yet.
As somebody who loves our youth and is a staunch beleiver in them, I love the Sanchez transfer and equate him to the Dele transfer in that he's a ridicolous talent that we'd be nuts to pass an opportunity to sign and think Foyth would be an excellent under the radar youth signing that we are more accumstomed too. That brings a skillset that is very different to CCV and anybody else we have in the academy. It's all very exciting and the young centerhalf lads that we have at the club that fancy their chances of making it should relish the opportunity to push themselves against these two outstanding young talents. When you look at quality of players we are starting to sign, it's going to become increasingly difficult for our kids I fear. And this will only get worse as revenue increases.IMO I don't think ENIC /levy care how the moneyball roles as long as it does.Im sure in the back of his mind he is thinking yes Sanchez £42m but in 2 years that will be £150m.He is still getting his £100m profit if he wants to cash in.My cynical point is really does Levy promote the academy for his love of young players or a money making exercise. But I'm actually going off my original point.Im sure poch will still try to promote kids, but they really are gonna have to be something special if we are spend £40m on a 21 CB.With foyth looking Every likely, the first casualty of our increased revenue/raised ambition and profile is likely to be Ccv.Sadly he just can't compete the 2 fore mentioned .But maybe this will all filter down to the academy ,in that we will become like city/Chelsea and attract the best of the best.
the consideration for a loan, he wasn't a nailed on starter in the academy and he hardly recieved any minutes at the u23 level.Cheers, what makes you think that he's not highly rated? Because he's being considered for a loan?
and since there very similar players i can only see league football as a positive for Jack's development. So was Alli when he started saying for MK Dons, although he was a couple of years younger.
CCV is 19, we are likely going to be playing more 3-man back lines, we play nearly 60 matches a year across all comps. And, the increased competition is good for him and the club. But I'm actually going off my original point.Im sure poch will still try to promote kids, but they really are gonna have to be something special if we are spend £40m on a 21 CB.With foyth looking Every likely, the first casualty of our increased revenue/raised ambition and profile is likely to be Ccv.Sadly he just can't compete the 2 fore mentioned .But maybe this will all filter down to the academy ,in that we will become like city/Chelsea and attract the best of the best.
dont it will only force him to rise to the challenge, if he cant handled it then it wont be able to handle being a spurs player.I'm getting worried about carter vickers future with us
Seems that foyth is inbound and Sanchez has already arrived

Roles is the player that scored a ridiculous amount of goals for the U16, even when playing CB. He also had the joint best goals per min ratio in the U18 league last season despite being a CM.
