Sounds like a bit of win/win ITK for him.

If it falls through, it's a amazing shout and he's the first "ITK" to call it, and if the transfer happens he said don't shoot the messenger which is code IMO for "this might be bullshit".

Conflicting ITK
Blaino says it's off, but Hercules says we've been guided by the government all the way through the deal, so they're hardly likely to give us positive signs then say no. For all the work that has gone into this, I struggle to see we would've done that on a 50/50 chance. Surely we'd have sounded out the chances prior to committing.

Just sit tight till we hear something official eh.

It's the same every year. Have no idea why people have such strong emotions about it.

We wont find out till the end of the season whether it was a good transfer window or not.

I think messengers should always be shot. When they ask not to be it's not good news. Shoot them and there's one less barer of bad news. But that's enough about my transfer policy.
