Sorry I'm still new to this I remember there was something about "the pace is coming" earlier, is the pace still coming?
Yes, everything said on here will 100% happen. In fact, if there is a name mentioned here, you are encouraged to put money on that player happening. So don't worry, the pace is coming.

I'll be happy with Llorente and Gomes if we get them over the line. A pacy winger would be castrated in our system anyway.
Don't fool yourself to make yourself feel better, pace in the attack is vital for us (admittedly some games more than others, but we need options!). There's a reason that there's been so much itk about a pacy player, it's because we need it and poch must feel like that too.

Still think we've agreed personal terms with a couple of wingers, agreed fees or loan fees and DL is going batshit on the phones trying to offload Sissoko and or Janssen!

If tonight we end up with Llorente and Gomes I'll be tickled pink. Both bring big game experience and some much needed poise to a team of younger players. It gives us a lot more depth in key areas too.
Of course I would like to see a fast AM, but considering how many goals we scored last season, I have a hard time seeing how a player of this ilk would suddenly make us that much better. I love options, don't get me wrong. But I hope the more insensible and inconsolable on SC can pause, take a deep breath, and remember back to last season. We'll be ok.

If that was true, then surely Pochetino would have played N'koudou a hell lot more last season.

Llorente and it's still a good window. The Barcelona boy even better. Add Sessegnon and it's gravy.

Moutinho window destroyed my soul.

I would like Sessegnon too... Too late now for that. Begining to think Poch has no use for pacy forwards.

Like the Llorente deal it gives options.

I like to believe players like Ox and Barkley turning down Chelsea is Karma for the years of trashing prospects of English youth players. Long may it continue.
I think Chelsea lustre is waning by whats been going on this window
