Yeah I think it’s quite likely, but ironically it could work in their favour!

What we want for their crunch home games against Southampton and Stoke is no one to get hurt, but a constant threat of possible violence :sneaky::D.

They're fighting amongst themselves. Not too bothered if they kick shit out of each other as long as no families are involved.

If i was a fan I wouldn’t be taking my kids there at the moment even if we had a ticket.

Wasn't sure where to put this but I wanted to share it coz it made me so proud. My best mate promotes white collar boxing shows at York Hall. He's got David Sullivan Junior (the owners youngest son) fighting on his next show this friday. My mate asked him if any of the West Ham players would be attending to cheer him on. He said no chance. When my mate said but your Dad pays them hundreds of thousands of pounds every week he still said that none would be attending. He told me on his last show (I couldn't make it as I was away on business) that he had Tottenham's physio on his show. He said the whole of Spurs coaching & playing staff attended to cheer him on & said they were an absolute pleasure. He's a gooner my mate so it made me so very proud of our Club. COYS

I'd agree with you but this thread is almost 700 pages long.
They are not our biggest rivals, i wouldn't really call them rivals but there is definite animosity between the two clubs.
They arent our rivals. They just have an obsessive hatred of us that isnt really reciprocated other than we, like the rest of the league, like laughing at them.

I hate them. You're lucky being in the states that probably don't know many of them.

They’re not rivals in the same way that Palace, Charlton, QPR, Fulham or Watford aren’t our rivals the difference is that they’re far funnier to laugh at :LOL::LOL:

I get the frustration of their fans but that silliness will now provide a useful spin for their board to paint it as the actions of mindless thugs. If fans are so pissed off then surely staying away in numbers and/or refusing to buy merchandise will have a sufficient impact?

Mob mentality.
Plus for “not attending” to do anything, it has to be organised en masse. Given that most who are upset are season ticket holders, not showing up is a fraction hollow when you have already handed your money over.

I support my local club here in austria... and there are 3-4 West Ham Fans amongst our supporter club. It was usual banter between us, and the love for our local club obviously was more important than what club we support in the PL.

But since the Leicester title season and them thinking they won Leicester the title, constantly cheering on every opponent Spurs faced and celebrating that spurs fell apart at the end of the season (even celebrating chelseas equaliser) made me furious.... really hate West Ham since then, can't stand them - and don't like to talk much about PL football on the ground since then

Oh yeah definitely. It needs to be a majority not turning up to send out a message.

Bobby Moore remembered. Ahead of the game against Burnley on Saturday, the first home game since the anniversary, West Ham will further their tributes. Members from the cup-winning squads from 1964 and 1965 will be presented ahead of the game, when a floral display will be laid in the centre-circle ahead of a minute’s applause.
