I bet Martial's wages don't fit in our current wage structure. If he's at all viable it means a lot of big wages all round IMO.

Just to put that into context the average per minute is as good as dele
Just looking at premier league goals (as I can't be bothered to load the comparisons for all leagues) martial has 0.55 goals per 90 and 0.31 assists. Dele has 0.27 goals per 90 and 0.33 assists. So his goals per minute in the premier league is double

I don't think it is neccessary that one of ours would go other direction. Mou sometimes sells player which he doesn't rate to rivals, for example look at Mata.

edit: what just crossed my mind.. would Martial mean zero chance of getting Bale? Who Martial replaces btw? Janssen as the striker/wingforward hybrid?

In all honesty, I would rather sign Martial than Bale.

I really hope we replace Dembele a CM who can link midfield and attack. Honestly think that's what's missing in our team, and why we often look toothless despite having most of the possession.

He's currently on £65,000 a week so we could give him a nice pay rise and not have to break our wage structure to sign him.

Toby is gone folks-La Liga, unless something ridiculous happens. Da Ligit is almost a nailed on. But again you should know I am not as brave as some. Forget Alfie Mowson. No way are we going to pay 30-40m for him. Something we are trying to do in Germany also. We have 2 positions with 2 players in mind. Watch that country. Eriksen wants to stay, but wants to be convinced in more ways than one :peeking: (watch all my wordings, and there is no puzzle with letters in there :snaphappy:

alderweireld to barca as per GOAT's itk, happy to see we prefer de ligt to mawson, can't think of any players from Bundesliga we were linked though. "wants to be convinced in more ways than one", wages and star signings to push for trophies?

Bale is not the player he was when he left us - diminished by injuries and loss of confidence.

Can’t argue with that and totally agree with eriksen. We’re on the cusp of great things and some key signings would convince us all that we’re truly going all out for glory rather than just muddling along (even though being consistent top 4 is hardly muddling along) and hoping for the best.

Thanks for the information Hercules. This is not for you to comment on but I read a report De Ligt is set to appointment a new super agent who does not have a good relationship with Levy. I can't remember the name but something like Riola?
