I don't know who i want to win this match from an eng perspective. I think croatia is harder on paper but I don't want to play russia just because I just don't know what would happen on or off the pitch.

Absolutely Russia. They can only go so far, and we don't need to be facing the likes of Modric. I fancy us much more against Russia.

I'm worried - 3 games left after this one and Lawrenson the fun vacuum isn't commentating on this one, that means potentially one of the most exciting games left is gonna have him babbling on it

I think i'll go out that day or find a dodgy stream with Saudi commentary on it and i can't understand a word of Arabic...

Based on this half hour I seriously don't think we have to fear Croatia either. They're better than Russia with more individual quality but they're not frightening.

Not saying we'd be favourites against them, we probably wouldn't, but they aren't that much better.
