heard from a former physio at the club that the issue is similar to Ledleys
Oh feck hope that isn't the case.

me too - he made a comment that hes treated a few African players with similar injuries which he attributed to the poor pitches that they often grow up playing on.Oh feck hope that isn't the case.

Terrible news and if true it highlights the short sightedness of not reinforcing during the transfer window. Especially taking into consideration Dembele’s issues and Winks returning from two ankle ops.
All in all awful team and squad planning.
And don’t get me started on the lack of creative players other than Eriksen!
Oh we're believing this random former physio over the club then?
Righto...
So we have Dembele who has to nurse his ankle and manage his condition. Winks has come out and said that his ankle is never going to be perfect and he has to manage that, and big Vic allegedly has a knee that will require management.
All in all a midfield ready for the scrap yard?
Don’t worry we also have Dier and Sissoko
You have to wonder what sort of scouting system we actually have and if they’re any good, hard to see what they’ve been up to.Can't believe our answer to having zero injury free / viable Central midfielders at the club was to spend an entire summer failing to sign Jack Grealish. Negligence pure and simple.

If he can’t get in this current side then you’ve got to ask questions about how bad he has been in training or if he’s even fit.
He probably needs a run of games before we can really decide, but he certainly doesn't look it right now.Just made a post but seems to have vanished. Anyways what’s the general opinion is he really good enough for a CL team or would you move him on ? I know he’s been injured. But it’s the same feeling I get with dier, can barely look every time they get the ball in tight areas for fear they will screw up.
