Let’s be sensible about this. Had we gone into the game tonight with Kane, Son, and Alli, we smash those mugs all day long. Take Hazard, Pedro and Willian out of that Chelsea side and what do they have to fear.

The timing of the match sucks - jammy fuckers as ever.

Let’s scrape through on sunday, get everyone back fit and go hell for leather in the FA Cup and CL.

From the moment Llorente came off for Moura it was very difficult. Llorente isn't great but at least he puts himself about. Moura didn't seem mentally or physically ready for a game like this.

Yeah I think that can be questioned. Obviously we all saw the first half, but he'd just scored and was starting to make a nuisance of himself slowly. Winning challenges outright, or causing enough disruption for us to compete for the second ball. Plus he's an experienced player and stuck away a good penalty in the cup match at MK.

But then if it's in Poch's thoughts to play him at the weekend, three games in a week he might need managing.

I dunno, you can argue it either way..... I'd have probably kept him on though.

Think ‘the project’ peaked too early and our expectations are beyond our reality - currently. Imagine the skill of Poch with cash to splash. Chelsea et al are very poor given their cash surplus.

Buzzing for Poch to say the academy will provide, and then play the same 11 for Sunday.

Get real fella. Our academy isnt ready to subsidise the first team yet. If its true that he's blocking transfers then he needs to give his head a wobble. He's an absolute hero and will back him all the way, but surely now he can see we need bodies?

100% agree, we need signings in this last week... If Poch truly believes the players we have get us 4th, we are in trouble.
Yes they have done incredibly well this season but the injuries are stacking up, both Rose and Verts were struggling at the end, we have lost Davies & Sissoko today so that is potentially another 4 out on Sunday.

We must strengthen but to be hones after what JJ said, I don't believe we will which is criminal

Fuck all you negative ****s on here.

Sarri's comments might win him the league cup but they will cost him his job.
Look at our record at that shit hole .. it ain't great is it.
We are doing our best in a really bad situation and we came close.

fuck all you doubters because we don't have billions and we don't play this game in our computers.

I trust in Poch and Levy and fuck all of you who don't.

Our luck is horrendous, it really is. It always falls Chelsea’s way-even that CL final / how many penalty shoot outs they won in last 10 years. Gutted, frustrated - just don’t see us winning anything anytime soon.

Staggered by people sometimes.

That second half was possibly the best effort against odds I’ve ever seen with Spurs.

Thought it was absolutely glorious.

It may have escaped some people but Chelsea took on a completely crocked Spurs side, took a 2 goal lead and but for a dodgy lino and a change to away goal rules would have lost.

Fuck me

I wish everyone would stop posting 10 semi finals in row lost. Yes we lost tonight but we had Kane, Dele and Son all out and we everything in that second half. We are still in the Champions League, FA Cup and fighting for top 4. Rewind back to the Mid 1990s and I break out in a cold sweat. We fight on

Take Hazard, Kante and Jorginho out that team tonight and they would have struggled big time. Injuries have cost us combined with the dreaded lack of investment. But make no mistake we in no way bottled that. Second half we stepped up and ground it out when many Spurs team in years gone by would have crumbled. Am upset we lost on Pens but not despondent as I often am when we lose to this lot.

I'd play Sterling on Sunday. I know it's a risk but it's either that, Llorente or a half fit Lucas. Give the kid a chance and let's see what he's got.
