He disgraced himself when he went at Michael Oliver when Juve lost to Real last season, but apart from that, yeah I've always thought he was alright.

I like the way this is shaping up. Id rather play united than PSG . Of the other 3 teams so far I think we are the best.

So you're saying he shouldn't even try to get in line with the ball and get in front of the shot!? There would be a lot of defenders facing the wrath of angry managers (let alone fans) and losing their jobs if that happened.

I wouldn't, because I don't believe that met the criteria for what I consider a penalty. Spurs or not that wouldn't change. Go back a few weeks for an example of that, I was getting hammered and very much in the minority for saying I thought the booking/no pen against Son for diving was fair enough.
