Ramos changed the team to reflect my views!! Yeah! I said chimbo in the center! Sweet!
Yup there posted up in spur chat :up:has anyone got highlights to the game
We will win 2-0. Keane and Chimmy. Robinson will make one good save in the 2nd half and Blackpool will hit the woodwork at least once.
I have spoken.
The time of the special Juane has come.
:grin:Blackpool boss Simon Grayson:
"Full credit to Juande Ramos. He came to speak to me at the hotel."
Quite fond of meeting people in hotels, isn't he...
Morning Folks. First time poster. What agrieved me last night, listening to the Radio, was how the commentators kept harping on about how frail we were at the back. Fair point, but at the same time Leicester were popping three goals past the Chelsea back four, which didn't seem to draw the same reaction from the commentators. It's almost as if they had decided what they were going to say about our match (poor defending, dis-organised etc) before the game started.
(P.S: I've finally got a new desk at work where no-one can see the computer screen. Therefore I can start contribute some of my views here without being rumbled by the boss!).

Maybe we shouldn't look too much into the substitution.
Ramos explained that Kaboul's substitution was a precaution. "The change was simply because Kaboul had a yellow card - Chimbonda can play at centre-back," Ramos said.
Thanks man. I've never seen my wife naked and I've been married five years!!
The reason they didn't react in the same way to Chelsea is because their back four hasn't been doing it all season whereas, unfortunately, ours has. Having said that they were quick to say how much better we looked when Chimbs moved into the centre. It will be interesting to see what the line-up looks like against Boro.
I didn't see the game but from the radio commentary and reports it seemed our defensive frailities were all too evident again.
They were. Blackpool could easily have scored three. Good chance in the first half which was blazed wide after Kaboul cocked up. A header against the bar and a fine save from Robbo in the second half.
Luckily the brief ITV highlights didn't show Robbo fumbling a long-range shot. Must have bounced at least three yards forward after it hit his chest and he failed to hold it. Luckily no one was following in.
Chimbonda at left CB will be a disaster. He never uses his left foot and will just turn into trouble. TT at RB could be good. Tigerish tackler and will always support the midfield.
