Top 4 is done, we just need to finish in the EL places and avoid that ECL.
I get the sentiment of what you are saying but it's not quite done yet. It will take a massive improvement from us and there are still just about enough points that potentially can be dropped by Chelsea and Leicester but there is no literally room for error by us in the next four games before the Leicester game.

With the teams around us in poor form, us still having to play Leicester, Leicester still having to play Chelsea + United and Chelsea still having to play Leicester (obviously) and City... There's reason for hope.

7 point swing could happen. Still though, after the shit show we've had this year, a fifth place finish would be a big achievement.

We definitely have to win all our games. Weirdly, I think we might have a chance of catching Leicester if we do. They have Newcastle, Man Utd, Chelsea and us. There’s a genuine possibility they might get 3 points from that lot. If we get all 12 then we finish above them.

Lol, look at me, giving myself pure false hope. Like any of that will happen.

If we keep playing on the front foot like this, using our attacking talent properly (who’d think that would work huh?) then I’m sure we’ll finish 5.

Great result today, I feel like this season we have been there several times where we look good and then we are shit a week later. So the Leeds game will be interesting.

However we are finally playing a team where we're in a balanced formation with 11 players in their best roles. We have a consistent back 4 building up some understanding and we are actually using our best footballers.

All we can do is try and win our games and see what happens.

5th get CHL if United win EHL right?
Nope. You have to be in the Top 4 or win a European competition. United winning the UEL would see the 3rd placed team from France go straight to the GS and various other sides start later in qualifying.

We've got a decent set of fixtures and no cup distractions in the run in. But I still don't see us catching Chelsea or Leicester.

Edit - I've just seen their remaining fixtures. Both tough runs and they will have to rotate for the cups as well.

Maybe Liverpool and West Ham have a chance after all?
