I'm not even arguing. And no, that's my reply to you. You are just inferring and simplifying everything from a comment I made and concluded on something I didn't even say with regards to Conte's responsibility and the transfer window. Lol
So what is your argument? You called mine weird for suggesting the manager might have a role in our performances, which does suggest you disagree. I have no idea what your point is at this stage

Whatever the problem is, we absolutely must keep Conte. I usually post knee jerk reactions blaming whoever. But he's better at what he does than most of our team are at what they do. He is a world class manager, and if we continue to support him, he will get it right in the end. I fear though that the board will cave due to fan pressure (eventually). We are not going to get anyone better (at least not yet). Personally, I still think we will click this season.
Ideally that could happen when everyone is fit. However, Conte's heart may not be here anymore. Kane and Son are surely thinking about leaving at the end of the season. When poor results persist, the players tend to question the coach and this is not any surprising.

I just don't understand why we aren't playing a system or formation or whatever that gets the best out of our two world-class forwards. God help us when we don't even have those two.

The 16/17 season was the last time.

The last 18 months under Poch to present has been rough in that regard.
It wasn't great but we played better football than this! We still had decent performances in us. This is beyond shit.

Initially agreed until your sub comment. Shouldnt make a difference where the booing happens. If its warranted its warranted. The results at the moment and frankly lack of effort and passion from the players is taking the real right piss. On top of that charging 80 odd quid at home (when were at home) for it too. How else are the fans supposed to voice their opinion. Im all for it. BOOOOOO.

Ive never liked half-time boos at the stadium apart from select occasions. That’s just me.

It's all very predictable, the passing, movement and the outcome (so far)
The sad thing is that even with the predictability of the play and movement we have had some good opportunities to find players advanced in space but either didn't have the confidence to make the pass or were not allowed to (in a A can only pass to b scenario)

If we can't turn this around i honestly don't see Conte lasting much longer here.

Is Paratici still sitting with the coaches on the bench?
Or has he even decided he can't watch this shit?!

What’s changed from last season to this season?! I just don’t get it.

Some will say its because Kulu is missing but im not buying that - we cant just be reliant on one player.

I think the system is too predictable but coupled with that, most know theyre playing against 10 because they do leave Emerson on his own knowing attacks break down with him and he cant cross. So the box is then marked out by the opposition. Sess is snuffed out on the side. Its all condensed into the centre.

I think it’s possible to think the players aren’t good enough AND believe Conte should be getting more than we are currently seeing.

I thought we played well that half. Certainly the last 25. A bit laborious getting forward and I am still puzzled at times, by the lack of off the ball movement when in possession.

Skipp has been very good.

Would look to change:-
Bentancur for Bissouma (He's been thoroughly disappointing).

Both wingbacks for some better crossing.

This season has a scary amount of parallels with Nuno’s season and Mourinho’s final season. When Nuno and Mourinho got criticised for team selection and play style, they *at least* tried to be more attacking. 8 defensive minded players away to newly promoted Bournemouth. Just fuck off.

Imagine "forfeiting" a match against the cherries with their reserve GK. Our second string should be to much for them. What's worse is this is more or less our nornal eleven minus Dier, Bentacur and Romero.

We are a joke
and Deki / Richie.
