Sky Sources are saying 'senior' Leicester players told the owners they weren't happy with Ranieri after the Seville game.

Yes, I know pinch of salt and all that but if this is true then what a bunch of snidey rat****s.

PS: It's almost certainly true, I mean, Vardy.......look at him. If you had to pick a snidey rat**** out of the pack he'd be top of the list. And Mahrez. Blame everyone but yourself and when you've run out of excuses, blame the manager. ****s to a man, i'd be seriously cheesed if we signed any of them when they jump ship.

Morgan as skipper will have led the pack as well no doubt.
Ego trip for him once the rum makers decided to do that little partnership with him!

I don't see why everyone is so shocked at this, what he did last season is totally irrelevant to what is happening now, they are on the verge of relegation, they haven't scored a goal in the league since New Years Eve, they have serious internal problems and it's clear that the players aren't playing for him, something had to happen.

If they aren't playing for him, then they aren't playing for their fans either.
If they suddenly start playing out of their skins once the new manager takes over then every one of them needs sacking.

I feel this is the guy to bring that the feelgood factor back to Leicester...

I just think he has that missing ingredient. :sneaky:

Those self-entitled pricks, players and fans alike... Need at least two seasons in the championships to rid off their delusional minds..

The Leicester players have basically just done what Chelsea players have. Except, the players at Leicester are genuinely shit.

To be fair, the mood swings are probably awful coming off whatever they were on...

Maybe they could try hiring King Richard III to see if their form improves again.

They were everyone's "second team" apart from us last season, now everyone wants them to go down and a lot of their own fans hate how the club is run now haha!

Even though I've got a couple of mates who are Leicester fans I'm happy they're struggling as they play shit, ugly football.

Ranieri has been , to date, the only manager/coach to have brought them the English top league title in the history of the club. The least that the owners could have done was to push him up to another position in the hierarchy (similar to what United did to Fergie, our of respect and recognition).

Although Raineri has to be blamed for a small portion of their failure this season, I put the majority of the blame of their failures this season on their players who have failed to perform.

Their recent managers, prior Ranieri, have been dicing with relegation, and as such I don't see what difference that Ranieri has been guilty of other than creating history for them.

The players were rewarded with inflated new contracts and downed tools essentially. They also won't be sacked for under performing. I was still shocked when I heard, but in this day and age, this type of situation is becoming common place in football due to the gross amount of money involved and you start getting used to this type of thing. Ranieri deserved much better than this.

A friend of mine, who supports United, was desperate for Leicester to win the league. Today he hates them.

I wasn't shocked when he was sacked yesterday. As Poch would say "this is football".

He was pretty much the only one associated with that club that was slightly bearable last season so for that I'm glad he's gone with probably a nice fat pay off. As what usually happens, its the players whom are responsible for their current position more than likely. Hopefully they'll get relegated.

I'm sure Ranieri will get another job at another bigger club somewhere nice and warm. So I don't really shed a tear for whats happened to him. Its just the way football has and always will be.

Ranieri got a bunch of moderate players, with the quality of Kante, who have achieved little and mostly under performed all their careers to win the toughest league there is. This season they got too bi for their boots, thus retreating back to mediocrity. Long may the decline of Leicester continue

Ranieri was the only person I quite like in Leicester. He is a true gentleman, just not a good manager with incredible luck. Enjoy Leicester falling from everyone's sweetheart to everyone's emery. Karma.

The only decent thing about Leicester has been sacked. Fuck 'em now. Hope they get Sherwood - it's what they deserve.
