For me personally, the best goal was Kane's header vs Arsenal. I was in the east stand and right in line with it and honestly, time stood still as it looped into the net. When it dropped in my ears popped so I couldn't hear anything for a few seconds and it was amazing to see everyone around me jumping for joy. As a team and a set of fans, we were brilliant that day. The players dominated Arsenal with Bentaleb and Mason in midfield showing so much passion against their more fancied opponents. We conceded but fans stuck with the team and in a way, the result was never in doubt. 86 minute winner by the local boy. Wouldn't have scripted that better. The fact Kane's goal the following season, even though was a great strike, wasn't the winner tarnished it for me.

What about best memories in general?

Best game:
Best individual performance:
Best atmosphere:

I bet Inter and Bale feature highly on those.

Utterly amazed this one hasn't been mentioned yet.

Klinsmann overhead kick on his home debut against Everton. One of my first footballing memories.

Huddlestone's thumper against Bolton. Huge goal that went some way to securing CL that season. For a large part of that first half it looked like one of those games where it just wasn't going to happen. Also remember him scoring a sweet left footed half volley vs Arsenal that season.
He looks a little slimmer than I remember....

So many great goals already mentioned.
Things I remember (sort of) from my early days at the Lane.
The Duke blasting the ball into the net or little Tommy Harmer wriggling through to score.
Seeing Cliff Jones launch himself in the air to head down and past the keeper. Or Bobby Smith crashing the keeper into the net with the ball in his hands.
Watching Greavsie running through defences beating sometimes 5 or 6 opponents before passing into the net.
Gilzean with his deft flicks past keepers.
So many great goals from the past unfortunately I only see them on TV now and can't always see the build up to the goal.

I've always thought an underrated goal was Huddlestone's half volley in the 3-3 against Arsenal in about 2011(?).

The way he struck that, and with his weaker foot too, was just beautiful.

Maybe not best at WHL ever, but I just wanted to give it the credit it deserves :)

as no-one has put it on yet, Hoddle v Forest, the ball never touches the ground after our GK kicks it...nice

Will never forget that goal

Against the League & European Champions and Peter Shilton, regarded as the best keep of his time (other than Big Pat of course!)

Steve Carr 30 yard clincher v Manu.
Actually that's not even my favourite Carr goal at the Lane. He scored another against Sunderland where he took ball from inside our half, raced down the wing to the edge of the box and then impudently did an inch perfect chip over the keeper, who wasn't even that far off his line.

EDIT: Found a clip...

Remember Willem Korsten getting two class goals at the Lane in 2001 we beat Man Utd 3-1.

1:57 on this vid. Absolutely quality. I don't care how many boyhood clubs you had Robbie, you'll always be a Yid to me.

I can never find a clip of it, but Neil Ruddocks 35 yard left foot thunderbastard from the left of goal. Forget who it was against.

If you follow Spurs' official account on Facebook, they posted a video yesterday which, I believe, includes the goal you're talking about. They called it, "Enjoy four fine free-kicks at the Lane".
