The game is looking very open at the moment, which overall I think will suit us more than them. Generally I feel more confident when match is like this than coming up against a well organised low block.

Davies and Emerson can’t play the system in the same way as Udogie/Porro. Their positioning and attacking isn’t anywhere near the same level.

There was a balance to us in that earlier part of the season and our unbeaten run which we have not since recovered. I also think Maddison is nowhere near as dominant since coming back from his injury but he will get his mojo back and run games for us again.

Yeah our best form came when Maddison was pulling the strings. He looks about 50% at best of where he was at the beginning of the season.
