I disagree, I think a draw would still be decent. We would be relying on Arsenal dropping points, but I could see Wigan getting a draw or even a win.

Thinking about this game is making me sick to my stomach, don't know if I can handle it.

I agree with this, think a win would be obviously great and we should be going for the win, but a draw is still a good result and likely. Would mean us relying on Arsenal needing to drop points at Wigan or Newcastle, which I think will happen.

Not so confident of a win. We have been useless since the 78th minute of the Liverpool game. We got lucky with game changing subs against man city. We have been off the boil for some time. Chelsea are in excellent form can only hope that fatigue starts to set in. I still think arsenal are likely to drop points in their remaining 2 games.

Wednesday is a big game, but won't decide anything. Arse and us will both still have 2 games left, one home and away. Plenty of turns to come.

Chelsea looked fragile at times today against a Man U that simply didn't care and the goal they scored took a mean deflection. But they won, and a win against Man U will be a massive confidence boost for them. I am trying to stay positive but we need a different team to turn up on Wednesday as the one I saw yesterday looked dead inside. Can be done... yes...Will be done Is another question.

On another note, did anyone see that massive prick Luiz laughing at getting Rafael sent off for what looked like a yellow? I have no love for Man U but that guy and his dirty team are bunch of used condoms who's rightful place is the bin.

Yep, he was smirking to himself as he was writhing 'in agony' on the floor. That boy has some bad karma coming. I can't help but really want to see one of ours put in an absolute reducer to wipe the smile off his ridiculous face.

It's interesting and i'm sure they'll be up for it but Chelsea now don't have to win
and that might play into our hands.

Yep, might be difficult for them to know whether to 'stick or twist', as it were. I hope they go for it though, as otherwise we'll really struggle to break them down.

Anyone who thinks that a draw is ok is simply kidding themselves. All that will do is delay the inevitable by two games. It's plain and simple, Chelsea will be going all guns blazing to beat us, and I believe that is what they will be trying to do as it virtually guarantees them a top 4 spot, they can then relax a bit for their last 2 before the Europa final.

We have to leave nothing behind, we have to consider it a cup final it really is as simple as that. We have to go all out for the win, there is no point in playing it safe and losing or maybe snatching a draw because not beating Wigan has meant there is really no room for error now because we did not gain points on Arsenal or Chelsea and this weekend we all won so it's all or nothing. I would rather go down fighting than wondering what might have been and relying on others !!!

We can't rely on the Gooners dropping points in the last two games we tried that last year and it didn't happen, and the Gooners have given us no clue yet that they are about to start dropping points of late. Lets just assume they will get 6 points from the last 2 games so we will have to get 9 from 3. Lets give it a real go. COYS !!!

From what I can gather, they have lost at home to both man u and qpr in the league this season. Southampton got a draw there too. Gonna be tough but not impossible.

Those saying that the squads are equal, im not so sure. They were able to leave Hazard on the bench; that's what scares me.

Handling Hazard, Oscar and Mata will be tough. Walker will need to be on his game, as will BAE. That said, we know they are going to go all out attack. We just need frustrate them, and hit them on the break.

Ade and Siggy have to start for me. Siggy holds onto the ball quite well and can pass the thing.

Hazard was injured today - didn't even make the bench. Have no idea whether it was just precautionary though.

Thanks for the info. Hazard/Mata running at Dawson scares me a little, so if one is not available then great.

Someone mentioned in the other thread that Luiz will not be banned for 10 bookings? Has the limit changed?

Yes, the FA have decided to change it right now in time for our game. Uefa also came out and said that if Chelsea win the Europa League they get automatic qualification and also any fouls on Bale will automatically be classed as a dive and the standard punishment will be death by firing squad.
