If Harry scores 40 PL goals, and both Lucas and Lamela get double figures - say 10 each. And put together with a guaranteed 30 goals from Son, Dele and Eriksen, you'd think we'd have to be in the mix for the title, given City scored 106 last year...

I know we're naturally pessimistic as Spurs fans but come guys, have a bit of belief.
I think Levy is clever enough to realise that letting us slip up by lack of investment or letting our best players/manager leave without replacing them with similar quality, right when we need to fill a massive stadium and not only have our foot in the door of CL but have a chair at the table, would be an absolutely criminally idiotic cock up.
I dont think Levy is an idiot.

1. Us fans will love the new stadium but I will prefer a bar that isn’t close to my block entrance, which will be annoying but good at the same time.
