Wow.
Well I really got that wrong didn't I.
I'm not used to posting here.
I'm a big rugby fan (as well as a Spurs fan) and I regularly post on forums over there. It's obviously a different set-up to this and fans just start a thread whenever they please, regardless of whether we have just won or lost a game. Apologies to the fragile souls over the timing of my post. I wasn't aware you couldn't post constructive criticism after a win.
There was no 'attention-seeking', no agenda, I simply didn't realise how things were done over here.
I now realise my post should have gone in the existing Sissoko thread. I just wasn't aware one existed.
I watched the match, I saw something, I wrote a post with my thoughts. It's that simple.
Quite frankly, I'm not sure it's worth it.
I'll head back to my rugby forum. Less hassle over there.
This thread really highlights how well Spurs Community can play without @thehipster in the forum.
Surely A&C can now see that.
The posting, the reasoning, the flair, the crisp use of language and the ability to move beyond rash knee-jerk potting of our own players been off the scale tonight. Right up there with the best football forums in Europe.
A&C has been blinded by some crusade to prove everyone's got a right to talk to utter bollocks about any of our players even at the detriment to how we are sometimes seen as the RAWK of Spurs Fan Forums.
@thehipster has great endeavour and purpose, but his posting levels are simply not up to the standard of our 'A' game.
Surely A&C has to see this now.
Sorry, couldn't help myself. we love ya really @thehipster
