Tottenham rival Arsenal & United for £5million winger

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club are set to enter the race for Aaron Ramsey.
The Cardiff City winger has been linked with a move to Arsenal and Manchester United in recent weeks, but reports now claim the White Hart Lane men are willing to match the £5million asking price for the 17-year-old.

One Spurs player who would certainly welcome the addition of Ramsey to Juande Ramos’s squad is former Bluebirds defender Chris Gunter, who joined the Londoners in January.

"In terms of the young players I have worked with, he is the best I have seen and if he was at Spurs he would be very close to the first team,” said Gunter. "He never loses the ball and he always tends to make the right decisions.”

"If he does make the move to the Premier League I do not think it will be long before he is playing week in and week out, because he is the sort of player who is capable of achieving anything he wants to."

True.. mayb we should put a late cheky bid in cause I've seen him play a few times and he's going to be great if used right.

He's good mates with Gunter and Bale so he would have no problem with fitting in.

You think if that 6+5 rule goes into place, all British players can be part of the 6 or just English?

Everton join race to sign Ramsey

Aaron Ramsey speaking at the end of May

Everton are the latest club to have a bid accepted by Cardiff City for teenage sensation Aaron Ramsey.
The Toffees have matched bids of £5m already tabled by Manchester United and Arsenal for the 17-year-old midfielder.
Liverpool are also keen on the Wales Under-21 international, but have yet to meet City's valuation of the player.

nothing saying how much they have accepted though..

Given the way the Dos Santos price has dropped to around 8 million Euros upfront, the more appropriate question may be: is Aaron Ramsey better than Johnny Two Saints?

My answer is a resounding No!

Get Gio in now!!!

I can't believe we haven't bid for this kid. Something is very strange. He ticks all the right boxes
