I used to complain about Alan f*cking Smith and his pathetic, biased grating comments but no more.

After watching the rerun of the 5-1 Semi Final, I realised that I really enjoyed the fact that he had started the match in full support of his Arse* and was reduced to squirming, making excuses for the rout and by the end was very complimentary to Spurs and the fans.

It was ironic that Af*S should then be given the co commentary for the final with the same negative early comments which turned to an appreciation for Spurs by the end of the game- and same egg on face.

Perhaps Af*S has become a Spurs lucky mascot

I think every pundit has a bias towards the club that they played for really. People have commented about Dixon and Keown and Merson, but Lawro and Hanson are biased towards Liverpool and Lineker is biased towards us. Everyone does it, thats probably why I like Jeff Stelling because as a hartlepool fan is doesn't appeared bias towards any of the Premiership teams.

You are actually very wrong about Paul Merson in respect of comments. He has stated many times over the past month that Spurs are the most improving side in the premiership (next to Everon) and even said we totally deserved to beat the gooners. On Tuesday night on SS, he was the only one who was shown not to have been wrong about our cup win, by saying that after the Arse game, he expected us to beat Chelski.

McQueen was on Sky Sports Centre last night and was actually really complimentary. He said that he was surprised so many people thought we were such underdogs with the class of players available to us and he certainly didn't think it was a shock we won. Also said best team won it.

Yea Berbatov, Keane, King, Lennon might be able to get on the ars*nal bench if they're lucky... that night he was chattin a bit shit. Though as I said at the start of the post, recently he has been defending spurs.
