How we ever, ever got to field a full strength side against Man Utd?

On the positive note. We are pretty lucky Parker is fully fit now:happy: Think about playing Livermore or Huddle for the rest of the season

Wasn't he the one in the jungle who then got accused of something terrible ?

Lliamo @LiamoCOYS
Apparently Sandro has broken his anterior cruciate ligament bone. Out for a year or less. Different bones different times. #itk #thfc

@hozspur @liamocoys your both wrong. Sandro's injury IS serious and potentially career threatening. He's ruptured his fallopian tubes!

FFS.. This is so sad news.

Acl bone? Pardon me if I'm being stupid but I've had knee reconstruction and I didn't think there was such thing? Acl is awful because its a ligament not a bone?

That's my understanding too (from my physio).

There isnt such a thing. The two ligaments are inside the bone (acl and pcl) and attach the lower bones; fib to the femur.

It would be unlikely to have surgery this soon. As the swelling has to go down first. Usually theres swelling with a complete rupture. A partial tear may mean less swelling and as theres little blood supply so these dont heal either and may require surgery.

Wait and see.

I've done my knee twice and yea the swelling took at least a week to subside. I didn't do my ACL though I had the lovely MCL & dislocated knee cap

If true. Good to see AVB told us all it was nothing serious and was just ’a knock' even though there wasn't another player within 20 yards of him when he went down....

Very sad
