Forgive me, if this is an old thread that has been done to death, but i was wondering if any one has any news of the stadium, and if i am right in saying, Levy would come out and say the plans in the first quater of this year.??
Because seeing the support on sunday and the length of time on a waiting list for season tickets, surely spurs would have to be looking at a bigger ground that the arse?? as we all know our support is much bigger, its just i was talking to a guy that was talking about us going to MK dons stadium while the lane gets rebuilt, god i hope there is no truth to that??

i doubt we would move to Stadium MK it only holds 20k at the mo and they havent finished the upper tier yet and when they do it will only hold 30k.

I hope and agree, but "a friend of a friend" who is in the Met has said that the police will not sanction spurs to share a stadium with any other London club, because of the reputation some of our fans have.
I can only think they will redevelop white hart lane as they own hugh areas of ground around it.

There is talk of buying the land directly above whl and building a new stadium there.

They've very recently bought Rudolphs. They're supposed to be flipping the ground around 180%. Though I'm not entirely sure how it's going to work because the East Stand is a listed building and can't be knocked down.

It is very funny that you said this, as on the 18th Feb, there was two guys from Spurs called Jim Holden & Paul Mitchell, whom came to see a company that helped work on the MK staduim. They even went to the MK Stadium to check it out.

So was Wembley.

There's different grades of listed building and I think you can knock them down, provided there's an adequate replacement.

Sharing with MK Dons would be gay!

I was saying that the company that worked on the MK Stadium might be working on ours - they just looked at the MK one as the company had done work on it. They wont share with MK - Way too small.

I hope that we dont have a stadium with the same design as MK? Dont get me wrong its not a bad stadium in fact its probably one of the best outside the prem for its facilities but its the same old bowl type design.

As many people have said on here before it would be so much better to have a new stadium that is virtually the same as the lane but bigger ie 4 stands not a circle.

Something like the 'New Anfield' would be nice (see below), with 55,000 to 60,000 required. Although I don't mind a bowel design either. As long as the atmosphere is kept electric and the fans are close and tight to the pitch, that would be fine by me.

I think it's an old design and not the one there actually running with but imho...it looks better

What's the point in flipping the pitch 180 degrees?
